In our Olympic Health Club and Spa, in addition to the large indoor pool and Hi-tech Gym, you will find our Spa facilities which include, sauna and steam bath (separate for men and women), massage and thalassotherapy rooms, where the fragrance of essential oils surrounds you and soft candlelight has an instant calming effect. 

Treat yourself to a simply irresistible massage in all its variations. You will be able to choose from aromatherapy massage, asiaroma harmonizing massage, Indian head massage or the popular hot stone massage. 

The basis of most treatments in our Olympic Health Centre is the Darphin line, specifically chosen for its synergistic qualities of marine products. From deep pore cleansing to visible lifts, from seawater hydrotherapy to firming body wraps, discover ways and means of reducing fatigue, stress, dead skin, cellulite or stretch marks to a bare minimum. 

The Adams Beach Hotel has one of the finest and largest indoor heated (winter only) swimming pools in Cyprus, with two jacuzzis and paddling pool for children. 

The ambience here, where you may enjoy sitting, relaxing and just having a drink, is quite unique.
